Seth Bunting is an anomaly: a deviation from the common rule, type, arrangement or form.

He grew up in Boone County, West Virginia, which he attributes to making him who he is in a ‘southern hospitality personality' way. But he was never completely comfortable with that characterization in high school, from which he graduated a year early to move to the big Music City in pursuit of his dream career. He says he’s a mix of city and country and that’s why he named his new album "Chrome Country" because both Boone County and Nashville have influenced who he is today.

He stepped onto a musical theatre stage at five years old; his first "entertainment" job and never stepped down. He began writing songs three years later around the same time he entered and won a Gospel Music singing contest. He recorded two Gospel CDs and a Holiday CD before he turned fourteen and he continued singing Southern Gospel music for nine years! 

But he grew up on ‘Country/Pop”. He’s a huge fan of Shania Twain, Keith Urban and Tim McGraw but he keeps a Bruno Mars playlist on repeat, and when it comes to being an entertainer, Michael Jackson is his point of reference!

Seth has shared the stage with artists like Jamie O'Neil, Landau Eugene Murphy, Highway 101 and others. He’s performed at Pigeon Forge in Tennessee, MAC in Kentucky, Levee shows in Charleston West Virginia, and most recently at Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge and Rippy’s during the 2017 CMA Fest and The American Cancer Society Relay For Life of Kanawha Valley fundraiser, a cause that is dear to him.

His new CD is titled “Chrome Country” and the cover features Seth in front of a vehicle covered in chrome. Drive; there it is again. His new single… “I Drive” was co-written by Seth with Anita Cox and Corey Barker, two successful Nashville songwriters. Maybe the single should have been called, I’m Driven! 

He worked hard and long on this project, intent on making it an unforgettable collection of original songs and styles. It’s a journey inside the heart and soul of a city/county boy, driven by pop and country with a dose of urban and guitar. You’re going to find a road map of all kinds of musical directions on “Chrome Country” by Nashville Recording Artist, Seth Bunting; Gospel, Country, Pop and more.

Like he's admitted before, Nashville has influenced him artistically in so many ways. Keep and eye on this young man and his career, for so much music is pouring out of him at such a young age! "I've probably written a song for every day I've lived here in Nashville" he says!
